Redevelopment is a term discussed by many developers, however, at Stuart Frankel Development Company, it is a term that describes some our best achievements and our future growth.  In partnering with community, government, and corporate leaders we are able to help restore and/or create new economic life to jurisdictions that, have in some cases, been decimated by industrial closures or lack of development focus. 

Our projects:  Oakland Park, Dunn Field Business Park, Madison Place and Pinnacle Park encompass our ability to invest in projects that others overlook or ignore.  We believe mutually beneficial relationships can exist between community, public and private industry, as proven through our initiatives.
